Directiva (UE) 2017/828: identificación de los accionistas, transmisión de información y facilitación del ejercicio de los derechos de los socios

La Directiva (UE) 2017/828 ha venido a modificar en diversos extremos la Directiva 2007/36/CE. En este documento se pretende llevar a cabo una primera revisión de los cambios introducidos en lo que concierne específicamente a la identificación de los accionistas (nuevo art. 3 bis), la transmisión de la información (nuevo art. 3 ter) y la facilitación del ejercicio de los derechos de los socios (nuevo art. 3 quater).
