¿De qué cantidad responde el fiador de una póliza de crédito en caso de concurso del acreditado?

En su Sentencia 1177/2025, de 18 de julio, el Tribunal Supremo ha venido a aclarar que los fiadores solidarios del acreditado en una póliza de crédito responden por toda la cantidad adeudada al cierre de la cuenta, con independencia del tratamiento que deban recibir en el concurso del afianzado el crédito representado por el saldo deudor
