El artículo analiza el ámbito objetivo de aplicación de la denominada acción individual de responsabilidad. Como regla general, un socio no puede pretender ser indemnizado por su cuotaparte del daño causado al patrimonio social. Sin embargo, los casos de exclusión de hecho o daño a la cuota de liquidación son indemnizables mediante la acción individual de responsabilidad.
