Crítica decisión de la jurisprudencia europea sobre la subrogación de plantilla por Convenio Colectivo

Pese a los esfuerzos realizados por el Tribunal Supremo por consolidar doctrina sobre la sucesión de plantilla por mandato del Convenio Colectivo, las dificultades aplicativas han provocado el planteamiento de distintas cuestiones prejudiciales. Una de ellas ha sido resuelta recientemente, sin que pueda derivarse de este nuevo pronunciamiento una solución firme a una materia de gran envergadura jurídica a la par que económica.
