La RDGSJFP de 10 de mayo del 2023 ofrece una oportunidad para revisitar la doctrina registral relativa al requisito legal de que el procedimiento de comunicación individual previsto en los estatutos para convocar la junta general asegure la recepción del anuncio por los socios.
