Convenio del Consejo de Europa sobre la lucha contra el tráfico de órganos humanos

Se ha publicado en el BOE núm. 41, de 17 de febrero de 2021, el Instrumento de Ratificación del Convenio del Consejo de Europa sobre la lucha contra el tráfico de órganos humanos, hecho en Santiago de Compostela el 25 de marzo de 2015. Como es sabido, dicho Convenio tiene por finalidad prevenir y luchar contra el tráfico de órganos humanos mediante la tipificación como delitos de ciertos actos, proteger los derechos de las víctimas de los delitos tipificados en el Convenio y facilitar la cooperación en el ámbito nacional e internacional en las actuaciones contra el tráfico de órganos humanos.
