El pasado 22 de enero de 2026 ha sido objeto de publicación el informe elaborado por el Observatorio de Contratación Pública en respuesta a la consulta pública iniciada por la Comisión Europea para la evaluación y revisión de las Directivas de contratación pública de 2014. El informe, exhaustivo y detallado, identifica las limitaciones e ineficiencias que revela el sistema actual y propone reformar tanto el instrumento jurídico a través del cual disciplinar esta materia, como el propio modelo de compra pública vigente.
