El Tribunal Supremo casa y anula una sentencia de un TSJ en la que se desestima un recurso formulado por el organismo regulador en materia de competencia y confirma no sólo su legitimación a efectos de impugnación de actos y disposiciones que afecten a la competencia sino también la incompatibilidad de las prórrogas previstas en el Plan de modernizaciones de las concesiones de transporte publico regular permanente de personas de uso general por carretera de Galicia con el Reglamento Comunitario sobre servicios de transporte de viajeros por ferrocarril y carretera.El 14 de marzo de 2016 la Sección Tercera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo ha dictado sentencia en un recurso de casación interpuesto por la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y de la Competencia contra la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de Galicia (de 24 de mayo de 2012) en un recurso contencioso administrativo sobre concesiones de transporte público regular permanente de viajeros por carretera…
