Cómputo de los plazos relativos al complemento de convocatoria previstos en el artículo 172 LSC

El art. 172 LSC suscita dudas sobre el modo de computar el plazo concedido a los accionistas para formular la preceptiva solicitud (5 días) y el mínimo de antelación con respecto a la junta con el que deberá publicarse el complemento requerido (15 días).
