El Boletín de novedades pretende proporcionar mensualmente un breve resumen de las principales cuestiones jurídicas de actualidad que resultan de interés en el ámbito del Derecho Agroalimentario, recogiendo asimismo una síntesis de aquellas noticias de otros sectores jurídicos relacionadas con la agricultura, la ganadería y la alimentación.

Real Decreto 601/2012, de 30 de marzo, por el que se dispone las operaciones e importes de las tasas en relación con los controles oficiales de productos de origen animal importados de países no comunitarios (BOE de 13 de abril de 2012)

De acuerdo con el artículo 27 del Reglamento (CE) nº 882/2004 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, de 29 de abril de 2004, sobre los controles oficiales efectuados para garantizar la verificación del cumplimiento de la legislación en materia de piensos y alimentos y la normativa sobre salud animal y bienestar de los animales, el presente Real Decreto integra y actualiza la situación normativa respecto de la tasa por controles de sanidad exterior realizados a carnes y productos de origen animal de países no comunitarios.
