Aplicación de las normas del depósito mercantil al contrato de aparcamiento de vehículos industriales

Según la Sentencia del Tribunal Supremo 170/2025, de 4 de febrero, en los contratos de aparcamiento de vehículos de transporte o industriales celebrados por profesionales debe aplicarse el régimen del contrato de depósito para enjuiciar la diligencia del titular del estacionamiento.
