«Actividades» en las que se pueden contratar trabajadores eventuales

El empleo del contrato eventual para el lanzamiento de campañas o servicios nuevos en la empresa fijando sus condiciones en el Convenio Colectivo plantea dudas aplicativas. Aunque, con carácter general, se entiende que es lícita la contratación por seis meses para una nueva campaña, no resulta una solución pacífica y recuerda al derogado contrato de lanzamiento de nueva actividad.
