Consulta pública do projeto de Decreto-Lei que transpõe a Diretiva RED III e define metas nacionais para as energias renováveis

Está em curso (até 25 de outubro de 2025) a consulta pública relativa ao projeto de Decreto-Lei que (i) transpõe parcialmente a Diretiva RED III, (ii) fixa metas de renováveis com objetivos setoriais para edifícios, indústria, aquecimento/arrefecimento e transportes, (iii) cria títulos transacionáveis (TdB, TdC, TdE), (iv) reforça/inova os mecanismos de garantias de origem, (v) impõe critérios de sustentabilidade e limiares de redução de GEE, e (vi) prevê compensações e coimas em caso de incumprimento.
