GA_P assessora a VGO na aquisição de uma participação na Homs Rentals

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a VGO Capital, um fundo de private equity britânico, na aquisição de uma participação na Homs Rentals, uma empresa especializada no aluguer de maquinaria industrial, através da compra da participação detida pela Suma Capital, uma empresa de private equity com sede em Barcelona.

A transação permitirá à Homs Rentals continuar a sua trajetória de crescimento e expansão. Com a entrada da VGO Capital, a empresa poderá acelerar o seu processo de digitalização e reforçar a sua posição no mercado espanhol.
