GA_P assessora a SanSan na venda de uma participação maioritária à Nazca Capital

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a SanSan, empresa valenciana especializada em soluções hidropónicas para o cultivo de mirtilos e outros frutos vermelhos, na venda de uma participação maioritária à Nazca Small Cap II, fundo gerido pela sociedade espanhola de capital de risco Nazca Capital.

O objetivo da operação é reforçar a expansão internacional da SanSan, consolidar a sua posição em mercados-chave como o Peru e o México e desenvolver uma plataforma tecnológica especializada em soluções de cultivo eficiente, explorando aquisições complementares.

José Sancho, CEO e sócio fundador, manterá uma participação significativa na SanSan e continuará a liderar o projeto, alinhando os seus objetivos com a visão de crescimento estratégico da empresa.
