A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a Partech Partners, a plataforma global de investimento para empresas tecnológicas e digitais, na ronda de financiamento Série A de 14 milhões de euros da Shakers Global Solutions, a plataforma de força de trabalho que liga empresas a freelancers especializados em tecnologia e agentes freelance de IA. Além disso, o negócio incluiu um aumento de capital.

A equipa da GA_P foi constituída por Jesús Ibáñez, Alfonso Pascual e Reyes Aznar, sócio e associados da equipa Mercantil do escritório de Valência.
