GA_P assessora a ISP Portugal na aquisição do colégio Vasco da Gama

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a ISP Portugal, parte do grupo International Schools Partnership que conta com colégios em 25 países, na aquisição do Colégio Vasco de Gama, em Sintra. O Colégio Vasco da Gama foi fundado há mais de 50 anos, contando com uma sólida trajetória de excelência académica, inovação e dedicação.

A operação foi liderada por Mafalda Barreto, sócia da Mercantil do escritório de Lisboa, que coordenou uma equipa multidisciplinar da Gómez-Acebo & Pombo formada por Susana Morgado, Filipe Santos Barata, João Bento Cardoso, Fátima Gerardo, Matilde de Sousa Marto, Afonso Scarpa, Mariana Machado de Oliveira, João Marques Rodrigues, Madalena Caldeira, João Roque Branco, Ana Baptista, Duarte Rocha Manso e Gonçalo Jardim.
