GA_P assessora a ISP Portugal na aquisição do colégio St. Dominics

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a ISP Portugal, parte do grupo International Schools Partnership que conta com colégios em 25 países, na aquisição do colégio St. Dominics, instituição de ensino de referência que oferece o currículo completo do International Baccalaureate (IB), localizada em Cascais.


A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo prestou assessoria jurídica integral em todas as fases do processo, incluindo a negociação e assinatura do Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) em julho de 2025, o que assinalou a conclusão da transação.

A operação reforça a presença do grupo ISP no setor educativo português e consolida a sua estratégia de expansão na Europa, apostando em centros de excelência académica com forte projeção internacional.

A equipa que coordenou a operação foi composta por Mafalda Barreto, sócia de Societário e M&A doescritório de Lisboa, conjuntamente com um grupo multidisciplinar composto por Susana Morgado, João Bento Cardoso, Fátima Gerardo, Filipe Santos Barata, Matilde de Sousa Marto, Afonso Scarpa, Mariana Machado de Oliveira, João Marques Rodrigues,  Madalena Caldeira, João Roque Branco e Ana Baptista, Pedro Vilarinho Pires, Francisca Esteves Moura, Joaquim Caimoto Duarte, Sérgio Conceição Ribeiro, Duarte Rocha Manso e Gonçalo Jardim.
