GA_P assessora Indra Sistemas na aquisição de Tess Defence

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou Indra, empresa cotada no Ibex-35, na aquisição de uma participação de controlo na Tess Defence, empresa espanhola especializada na conceção e produção de veículos militares terrestres de última geração.

Com esta transação, a Indra reforça a sua presença no setor da defesa terrestre e torna-se o principal acionista da Tess Defence, que passa a ser a empresa de referência para os programas de veículos blindados terrestres do Ministério da Defesa.

A equipa da Gómez-Acebo & Pombo foi formada por Guillermo Guerra e Emiliano Moreno, sócio e associado da área de Comercial, Societário e M&A, juntamente com Isabela Crespo, associada da área de Propriedade Intelectual, Juan Ignacio Romero, advogado da área de Público e Setores Regulados, e Andrew Ward e Victoria Rivas, sócio e associada da área de Concorrência e Direito da UE.
