GA_P aconselha a ATRYS no seu aumento de capital para a aquisição da Initia e da ChileRad

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo aconselhou a Atrys Health sobre o aumento de capital de 10,5 milhões de euros, através de contribuições em dinheiro e exclusão dos direitos de subscrição preventiva, realizado após um processo de negociação de colocação privada, que foi dirigido a um número limitado de investidores qualificados.

Os fundos obtidos com o aumento de capital permitem à empresa empreender a aquisição do Grupo Initia (líder em oncologia e ensaios clínicos em Espanha) por 2,2 milhões de euros, bem como a aquisição da ChileRad (Telmed e Prestaciones Médicas e Inversiones Chaxa, empresa de telemedicina especializada em serviços de telerradiologia) por um total de 8 milhões de euros, consolidando assim a posição da ATRYS no Chile como empresa líder na prestação de serviços de diagnóstico telerradiológico.
