A GA_P assessora o Grupo Synlab na venda da Synlab Espanha à Eurofins

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou o Grupo Synlab, líder em serviços de diagnóstico médico e testes especializados na Europa, na venda da Synlab Espanha à Eurofins Scientific (EUFI.PA).

Este desinvestimento faz parte da estratégia da SYNLAB para otimizar a sua rede e concentrar-se em mercados atractivos e estrategicamente importantes com potencial de desenvolvimento sustentável para o Grupo. Em 2023, o negócio espanhol contribuiu com aproximadamente 140 milhões de euros para a receita do Grupo.

A transação foi coordenada internamente pelo Dr. Peter Macheiner, Diretor de Fusões e Aquisições, e pelo Dr. Fabian Walla, Conselheiro Geral e CCO da Synlab.

A equipa da Gómez-Acebo & Pombo foi coordenada por Pablo Fernández Cortijo e Diana Linage; e foi composta por Samara Schaar, Monica Ojeda, Guillermo Menéndez e Gonzalo del Saz, todos de Corporate; Miguel Troncoso e Laura Lence, de Concorrência e Direito Comunitário; Iván Escribano, de Fiscal; Ignacio del Fraile e Jesús Tallos Del Río, de Laboral; Isabel Bandín, Iratze Arrigain e Isabela Crespo, de Propriedade Intelectual.
