M.ª Victoria es counsel de Procesal y Arbitraje de Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Está especializada en derecho procesal civil, penal y mercantil, propiedad intelectual e industrial y corporate compliance.

Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad de Valencia, preparó oposiciones a la carrera Judicial y Fiscal.

Es árbitro de la Cámara de Comercio de Madrid y profesora en el grado en Derecho de la Universidad CEU San Pablo y ha participado como ponente en conferencias y seminarios impartidos en asociaciones empresariales, universidades e instituciones académicas.

M.ª Victoria ha participado como autora y coautora en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
