Carla es asociada sénior de Fiscal de Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

Es especialista en materia de asesoramiento fiscal, relativo a impuestos directos e indirectos, a nivel nacional e internacional. Participa de forma recurrente en el asesoramiento de asset deals en el sector energético. Así mismo es especialista en materia de asesoramiento en procedimientos tributarios tanto en fase administrativa como en vía jurisdiccional.

Es licenciada en Derecho y posee un diploma en Derecho de los Negocios por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas – ICADE. Cursó el doble máster de Acceso a la Abogacía en la Universidad Pontificia Comillas y de Asesoría Fiscal en la Escuela Superior de Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ESADE).

Carla ha participado como autora o coautora en varias publicaciones jurídicas especializadas.
