Susana Morgado

Susana is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She specialises in commercial and corporate, including M&A, company restructuring, joint ventures, foreign investment, corporate conflicts and commercial contracts.

She holds a Law degree from Lusíada University and completed a postgraduate course in M&A and Corporate Litigation at the Lisbon Centre for Research in Private Law of the University of Lisbon. She also completed a course in Accounting for Lawyers at the Institute of Economic, Financial and Tax Law from the University of Lisbon.

Susana has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
