Samara Schaar
Samara is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, civil and commercial contracts and structural modifications.
She graduated in Law from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and a master’s degree in Business Law from the Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE and the University of Deusto (Spain).
She has served as an international associate at the New York office of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo and has also undertaken a professional exchange as the head of the Legal and Compliance Department at Hyundai Motor España.
Samara has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
