Paula is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She is specialised in Banking law and, specifically, advice on corporate finance transactions, debt refinancing, acquisition financing and project financing.
She holds a degree in Law from Complutense University of Madrid. She also has a master’s degree in Financial Markets from Stock Market Studies Institute (IEB) and a master’s degree in International Legal Practice from IE University.
Paula has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
