Núria is a senior associate in the Intellectual Property practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience in providing legal advice to national and international companies in contentious and non-contentious matters related to patents and/or supplementary protection certificates (particularly in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector), unfair competition, trademarks and designs.

She graduated in Law from Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, (Spain) and holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London.

Núria is a lecturer at the MSc in Industrial Chemistry at Autonomous University of Barcelona (Spain) as well as in other industrial property forums, and she is also author of several articles in legal journals and specialised publications.
