Nicolás is a senior associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has experience in advising companies and investment funds in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring processes within different sectors, including energy and infrastructure, as well as in the coordination of due diligence processes, in corporate advice, and in the drafting and negotiation of agreements in the beforementioned sectors.

He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Comillas Pontifical University (Spain) and a double master´s degree in Business Law and Legal Advice for Companies from IE University (Spain).
