Mónica is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She is specialised in legal advice in financing transactions: acquisition finance, debt refinancing and restructuring.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law and diploma in European Union Law and International Legal Practice from the CEU San Pablo University (Spain) LL.M. in International Business Law by King’s College London (UK) and master’s degree for Admission to the Bar from Comillas Pontifical University (Spain).
