Lyda Nicolás
Lyda is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She has extensive experience in providing recurring advice to companies in different sectors of activity, especially in the corporate field, and has served as secretary of the board of directors in several companies. She has participated in several corporate restructuring operations and has experience in asset finance structuring operations.
Lyda holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). She has a master’s degree in Maritime Law and Port Management from the European Institute of Maritime Studies from University of A Coruña, (Spain). She obtained a degree in M&B from the Higher School of Marketing and Business of Madrid.
She has authored or coauthored several specialised legal publications.
