José Ángel is a counsel in the Real Estate practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, distribution, wholesale/retail, restructuring, family businesses, corporate disputes and real estate law.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona. He completed a postgraduate course in Tax and Financial Law, with a scholarship from the Bosch i Gimpera Foundation in Barcelona.

José Ángel is recognised by the prestigious legal directory Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in the Retail sector.

He has participated as an author in several specialised legal publications and is a regular lecturer in his speciality, both nationally and internationally.
