Irene Fernández Puyol
Irene is a partner in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice and Head of the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare group at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She is specialised in administrative law and regulated sectors, in particular, in infrastructure and water, public procurement and health law.
She holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and has completed a course on Project Finance and a program on Pharmaceutical Industry at the IE University.
She has been an advisor to the Management Committee of the Parque de Valdebebas and has collaborated with the Legal Service of the European Commission.
