Ignacio is a senior associate in the Public Law and Regulated Sectors practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has wide experience in providing legal advice on regulatory matters, having participated in several sale and purchase transactions and restructuring operations in regulated sectors, especially related to energy and infrastructure assets. 

Moreover, he is specialized in providing legal advice on national and international public tenders, public aid procedures and administrative proceedings, having advised on contentious-administrative proceedings at all levels.  

He holds a degree in Law and a diploma in Business Studies from the Comillas Pontifical University – ICADE (Madrid).

He has participated as a speaker on different matters in the Public Law field.
