Francisco is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, company law, contract law and guarantees.

He holds a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid. He prepared for the entrance exams to the Judicial Career.

He has been highlighted in the last year by IFLR 1000 in Spain for his work and his extensive experience in M&A. He is also recognised by the prestigious legal directory Legal 500 as one of the leading professionals in the Manufacturing market.
