Fernando is a partner in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in asset finance and tax structures, securities markets, issuance, securitisation and credit assignments. In addition, he has extensive experience in project finance, syndicated finance, banking and securities market contracts.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Valladolid (Spain). Additionally, he has worked as a foreign trade promoter at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Casablanca and as a foreign investment technician at Exportaciones de Castilla y León.

Fernando has been highlighted by prestigious legal directories in recent years, such as IFLR1000 and Legal 500, for his work and extensive experience in financial and restructuring matters.

He has participated as an author or coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
