Estibaliz is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice and Head of the Bilbao office at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate conflicts, and restructurings.

She holds a law degree from the University of Deusto (Spain) and obtained the Diploma of Professional Aptitude as a Lawyer issued by the School of Legal Practice of the Bar Association of the Señorío de Vizcaya and the Diploma of Advanced Studies from the University of the Basque Country (Spain), after passing the doctorate courses in Constitutional and European Community Law at the same university.

She is ranked in the prestigious Legal 500 directory, in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A area.
