Enrique is a partner and Head of Real Estate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He specialises in real estate law and advises both national and international clients in all type of real estate transactions: real estate acquisitions (asset and share deals), joint ventures, development, leases, financing, construction, restructuring and hotels.

He is dual qualified as a Solicitor in Spain and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England.

Enrique is co-director and professor of the High Specialisation Course in Real Estate Law, at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).

He is recognised in the prestigious legal directories Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 as one of the leading real estate and construction professionals in the market.

He has participated as an author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
