Constantino Pérez
Constantino is a parter in the Corporate and M&A practice, Head of New York office and co-head of the LatAm desk at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in general corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financings and private equity. He works on a recurring basis with companies, financial institutions and investment funds on transactions in Spain, Latin America and the United States. He is admitted as an attorney in New York and Spain.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Barcelona and a LL.M. in International Business Law with a specialisation in commercial law from Ramon Llull University (ESADE) as well as a LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham Law School in New York, USA.
Constantino has participated as author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
