Blanca is a senior associate in the Public and Regulated Sectors practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

She has extensive experience in regulated sectors and has provided legal advice in multiple fields such as environment, public procurement, energy, infrastructure and consumption.

She holds a degree in Law and Business Administration from the CEU San Pablo University (Spain) and a double master of Laws and Legal and Tax Advice to Companies from IE University.
