Antonio Sánchez-Cirujano

Antonio is a senior associate in the Banking and Finance practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.

He has and extensive experience in a wide range of financial transactions, both within Spain and internationally. His expertise spans across various areas, including project finance—particularly in the energy and infrastructure sectors—where he has advised on complex, large-scale developments.

He is also well-versed in structuring and negotiating export credit arrangements, as well as corporate and acquisition financing, supporting businesses through strategic growth and restructuring initiatives. Additionally, he has played a key role in numerous M&A transactions, providing comprehensive legal and financial guidance throughout all stages of the deal process.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Extremadura (Spain).
