Anna Viladás
Anna is a counsel and Head of Intellectual Property in Barcelona at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
She specialises in Intellectual and industrial property, and in particular on copyright, trademarks, designs, unfair competition, advertising and image rights and is active both on transactional and litigious matters.
Anna has also an extensive experience in art law having represented both artists, and cultural institutions and industries.
She holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in Law from the University of Chicago Law School (USA).
Anna has participated as author or co-author in several specialised legal publications, and as a speaker in numerous seminars.
