Álex Pujol
Álex is a partner in the Corporate and M&A practice at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo.
He specialises in venture capital and corporate law and has extensive experience in advising start-ups, venture capital companies and investors, participating in some of the most relevant transactions in the entrepreneurial landscape.
He holds a Law degree by the University Abat Oliba CEU, and a master’s degree in Corporate Law by ISDE Law Business School. He holds postgraduate studies in Finance Law by Oxford University and in Negotiation by Harvard Law School.
Álex is ranked Band 1 in the Venture Capital section of the prestigious legal directory, Chambers & Partners. This recognition places him as one of the leading experts in the market in this field. In addition, he is also recognised in the Legal 500 or IFLR directories as one of the most relevant professionals in the Spanish market in Private Equity and Venture Capital, as well as Equity Capital Markets and M&A.
He has participated as an author and coauthor in several specialised legal publications.
