Gómez-Acebo & Pombo reinforces its Litigation and Arbitration practice with the addition of Eduardo Villellas as partner.

Eduardo brings 23 years of professional experience advising clients in complex civil and commercial court proceedings, as well as in both international and domestic arbitrations. The new partner regularly advises on matters such as agency and distribution agreements, shareholders’ agreements, directors’ liability, challenges to corporate resolutions, construction, recovery actions, horizontal property, leases, real estate, tort law, automotive industry, banking and finance law, mortgage foreclosures, competition, engineering, telecommunications, transportation, and logistics. He is recognized by leading international legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
