GA_P advises Lease Plan Corporation on the first registration of a reservation of title on a revolving stock of vehicles in the Real Estate Register

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advises Lease Plan Corporation, a world leader in CaaS – Car as a Service services with a fleet of 1.9 million vehicles in more than 30 countries, in the framework of the sale to a pan-European company specialised in the digital sale of high quality used vehicles, in a long-term international operation for digital auctions of the vehicles in B2B and B2C channels.
The novelty of the operation consisted in the registration of a reservation of title on the rotating stock of used vehicles in favour of LeasePlan as a guarantee of the sale and purchase transaction, for the first time, after several precedents that did not materialise.
