GA_P advises Bioarag on its Green Bond Programme in MARF

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has advised Biodiesel Aragon, SL (Bioarag) on the establishment of a green bond programme in the MARF for a total amount of €10 million.
With this debut, Bioarag becomes the sixth issuer of sustainable bonds in the MARF. EBN Banco de Negocios is the coordinator and underwriter of the programme, which has an Axesor credit rating of BB with a stable outlook and has been verified as a green bond by Serfiex in compliance with the ICMA 2021 Principles.
The GA_P team was formed by: Guillermo Guerra, Iñigo Hernáez and Doménica Salvador, partner, associate and trainee, respectively, from the Corporate area, and Irene Medina, trainee from the Banking area.

Financial institutions’ customer services following Act 10/2025
Act 10/2025 reforms the regime governing financial institutions’ customer services and introduces a procedure for the submission, processing and resolution of complaints filed by their customers, including special provisions when such customers are consumers, such as a free helpline and the availability of channels that allow for personalised service to vulnerable consumers or people without access to certain basic financial services that are not defined in the new law.
