    We are pleased to invite you to a new edition of our ‘Employment Breakfasts’, which will kick off the 2026 cycle. This time, it will be held on our renovated 17th floor, a modern space designed to encourage professional encounters and dialogue.

    In this session, we will take a practical look at the main developments in labour case law and the latest criteria being established by our courts on issues of particular relevance, such as the nullity and classification of dismissals, leave and work-life balance rights, as well as incentive schemes and variable remuneration, among other key aspects of labour management. We will also analyse the legislative trends and developments expected for 2026, with a special focus on those initiatives with the greatest impact on businesses and the regulatory changes that will shape the labour agenda in the coming months.
