GA_P assessora sócios da Söderberg na aquisição da corretora Galilea

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou os sócios da Söderberg na aquisição da corretora de seguros Galilea.

O Grupo Galilea, empresa dedicada a seguros para empresas e comércios, bem como a produtos de poupança, vendeu à companhia sueca de seguros e gestão patrimonial, Söderberg & Partners, 87% das suas participações.

Após a operação, avaliada em cerca de 35 milhões de euros, a união entre a Söderberg & Partners e o Grupo Galilea irá consolidar o setor e expandir ambos a nível internacional.

A equipa da GA_P foi liderada por Daniel Marín e Beatriz Dosdá, sócio e associada do departamento Comercial.
