GA_P assessora o Grupo ESP na homologação do seu Plano de Reestruturação

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou o Grupo ESP na aprovação e homologação do seu Plano de Reestruturação. O Grupo ESP é um dos principais operadores do setor do transporte terrestre, com presença sobretudo em todo o arco mediterrânico e com subsidiárias na Europa e no Norte de África.

A sentença que homologa judicialmente o Plano de Reestruturação, proferida no passado dia 9 de janeiro de 2026, reforça a continuidade do projeto desenvolvido sob a liderança da sua equipa de gestão, consolidando o posicionamento e a estratégia de crescimento do Grupo ESP no setor do transporte terrestre.
