GA_P assessora IVC Evidensia na aquisição de ANIMED – Hospital Veterinário de Gondomar

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou IVC Evidencia, líder mundial em cuidados veterinários, na aquisição de ANIMED – Hospital Veterinário de Gondomar, consolidando a sua presença na região norte de Portugal.

O grupo veterinário de origem britânico-sueca, presente em Portugal desde 2021, continua a expandir-se pelo país e já conta com 30 centros de atendimento médico-veterinário em Portugal Continental e na Ilha da Madeira. A equipa da Gómez-Acebo & Pombo tem vindo a assessorar o grupo neste projeto de expansão em Portugal.

ANIMED é o segundo hospital veterinário a ser adquirido pela IVC Evidensia no Porto, seguido do Hospital Veterinário da Póvoa localizado na Póvoa de Varzim, cuja integração no grupo teve lugar em 2022.

A equipa que coordenou na operação foi composta por Mafalda Barreto, sócia coordenadora de Comercial, Societário e M&A, e pelos advogados Leonor Rocha e João Bento Cardoso.
