GA_P assessora a Lenskart, participada da Softbank, na aquisição da Meller

A Gómez-Acebo & Pombo assessorou a Lenskart, empresa indiana especializada em ótica e participada da SoftBank, na aquisição de uma participação maioritária da Stellio Ventures, sociedade que opera sob a marca espanhola de óculos Meller.

A operação marca um marco no setor da moda e acessórios em Espanha e consolida o plano de expansão internacional da Lenskart, que já conta com mais de 2.500 lojas físicas e que, com esta operação, chega ao mercado europeu. Com esta transação, além disso, a Meller beneficiará da escala global da Lenskart e do acesso a tecnologias de ponta.
